Book Bedazzling!

You bring a book (or journal or other paper item), and we'll provide the bling to help you bedazzle it!You may wish to bring a couple of book options; a cover with an interesting or larger-scale visual element may work best.
This is a in-person craft in our lower level Community Room. Open to teens and adults.
Comfort Blankets with Kanako
August 17th
Kanako, our resident expert on all things Japanese, will join us as we create two comfort blankets for Gift of Life Michigan. These handmade blankets are given to organ donor families, providing warmth and support during a difficult time, and often become treasured keepsakes.With the help of the Friends of the Highland Library, we’ve purchased special blanket fabric in honor of Kanako. Join us for friendship—and a good cause.
