Microscope
Our microscope has been a huge hit! We'll bring it back out soon. In the meantime, check out the Science Nook for other great interactive delights! Thanks to a generous donation from the Friends of the Library, the Youth Department is now the proud owner of a new microscope! Come check out the world around you at amazing magnification! We've got prepared slides so you can see things like: fruit fly, sunflower pollen, goldfish scale, rabbit hair, and feathers. Easy to use!
POND WATER WEDNESDAYS: Come in on a Wednesday during the summer to take a look at fresh water from our lake! We've seen all sorts of tiny creatures swimming around. Take a look!
