The WORLD is your library!

If Highland Library doesn't have the book you need, we may still be able to get it for you:

If another TLN library owns the book and is willing to lend it to us, we will place a request for the book for you.  You should receive most materials within a week, although some items may take longer.  You may request books, audiobooks, or movies.

If the book is not available through our regular borrowing process, we can try to place an Inter-Library Loan for you.  If there is a library in the country that is willing to lend the book to us, we can request it for you.  Please be aware that this typically takes 2-6 weeks, and that we are entirely at the lending library's discretion.  They may not choose to send it.  We will contact you when the book comes in, or if we were unable to get the item for you.
