Veteran Trumpet player Bill Hart will share memories of performing with the Tommy Dorsey Orchestra, Dinah Shore, Vic Damone, Roger Williams, and many more! Join us for stories, anecdotes, trivia, name that tune, “Can you stump the Trumpet Player?” and some wonderful music!
Tuesday, October 12, 6:30pm Darla Jaros, author of the "The Kitchen Assistant," developed her kitchen skills and cooking talents while raising three children under the age of five as a single mom. Thanks to those lean years, as well as a Polish grandmother who never threw anything away, she learned how to stretch a dollar and make a meal out of seemingly nothing in her kitchen. In this workshop, she'll teach you how to do the same!

The Edmund Fitzgerald: The Legend Lives Tuesday, November 9, 7:00pm Out of the Blue Productions has put together a commemorative program complete with details of The Fitz's history and sinking, daring rescue attempts, and exploration of the wreck site. Co-sponsored by the Friends of the Library. Books and DVDs will be for sale.
